Corporate Identity Structure in Hotels: An Exploratory Study

چکیده

Corporate identity is regarded as a critical element of competitiveness in dynamic business environment. Effective management corporate vital to demonstrate the strengths company internal and external stakeholders. It therefore necessary define clarify reveal its dimensions, more so for hotels operating highly competitive international market.
 The paper aims find out which dimensions construct hotel establishments, through holistic multidisciplinary approach. Hence, main aim this study explore conceptualize structure via an exploratory method approach based on conceptual put forward light different disciplines paradigms existing relevant literature. Research sample consists managers 5-star ?zmir. research was designed with qualitative approach, field has been conducted semi-structured, depth interviews were used gather data. findings point 8 that make up hotels. Considering themes codes revealed according content analysis, constitute are determined culture, structure, strategy, design, communication, behaviour, destination industrial identity. Based emerging definition developed conclusion section.
